How long are the workouts?
Typically, the workouts will take 25-35 minutes including the warm up and cool down.

In both quarterly challenges and weekly workouts, the workouts are strategically written in a few ways:

Can I do these workouts at home or the gym?
EITHER ONE! The workouts are designed with minimal equipment so they can be done at home or the gym.
What equipment do I need?
All you need is 1-3 sets of dumbbells. I recommend starting with a light set & and a medium set adding a set of heavy weights when needed. You will also need a miniband, a long loop band, and a box (or bench, chair, couch, etc.).

Can I get a refund?

What certifications does Ashley have?
Ashley has been an ACE Certified Trainer for over 10 years. I also received my Pre & Postnatal Fitness Certification during my first pregnancy. In addition to my fitness certifications, I am also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
Do you have a pregnancy program?
I am working on getting a full pregnancy and postpartum program live for you all. Until then, I will mark all pregnancy safe workouts in the details of the workout. You can also find all pregnancy safe workouts in the SORT BY category!
I am recently postpartum or a newbie - where should I start?
If you are a workout newbie, just had a baby, or had a baby 5 years ago but are just getting back into working out - the 4 Week Beginner Program is perfect for you.
Do not start this program postpartum until after you are cleared to workout by your doctor.
